My Approach
My role as a therapist is one of accompaniment. I am here to walk with you on your journey of self-discovery. Sometimes, I might pull out a metaphorical map or compass and suggest we head in a certain direction, and sometimes I will provide you with silent support while you climb over a boulder in the path. With training in Psychodynamic Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I work with individuals and relationships to help them understand how early experiences have shaped them, and use this insight to break out of cycles that aren't serving them.
